Comments for Hilary Duff - Most Wanted, Most Wanted

This album is essentially in three parts: 1) Rereleases of tracks from the Metamorphosis and Hilary Duff albums, possibly with slightly louder levels, but possibly not. These include an acoustic mix of Who's That Girl? 2) Dance mix versions of some of the past hits from the band, each which actually are pretty good and worth checking out. And 3) 4 new tracks - Wake Up, Beat of My Heart, Break My Heart and Supergirl, which are the main attractions and worth the price of the entire album just for owning them in their original release form. The album itself is basically like a compilation album on the surface but the inclusion of the 4 original tracks coproduced by Hilary Duff with The Dead Executives and K'Stuff make the album a winner. The boxed collectors edition is also a nice touch for any serious music listener and collector.

The 4 new tracks are the major draw behind this album. These tracks are Wake Up, Beat of My Heart, Break My Heart and Supergirl. Each single release-worthy which is the way they probably might have found themselves released if they weren't included on this compilation disk. There are some other tracks on this album worth noting aside from the previously released material. Our Lips Are Sealed is a track that wasn't released on the two previous HD albums. There is also an acoustic remix of Who's That Girl? which features a majorly acoustic guitar soundtrack from Ty and Jason with Hils vocals and Lorens synth orchestration.

This cd includes, among other things, the cool 4 tracks (including Wake Up, Break My Heart and Supergirl) and the first nonsoundtrack release of HDs cool sweet remake of The GoGo's hit "Our Lips Are Sealed". There are also remixes/rereleases of some older HD material including "Why Not?" from the Metamorphosis album. You'll have to interpret the remix material yourself. The dance remixes are pretty good. The acoustic "Who's That Girl?" is different.

MW is an excellent albeit ecclectic potpourri collection from Hilary Duff including Supergirl and Wake Up. 11+ for the certain selections you will find on it.

Great stuff from Hilary Duff, many not found elsewhere. The dance mixes are actually not bad at all. HD has had a few notable dance mixes made in the past. Pretty good. The remake of The GoGos Our Lips Are Sealed is also included.

the whole brickabrack put together and it gets a 20 out of 10 easy. whoever had to chose this selection had a lot to chose from for one cd but they did ok. the original 4 tracks are worth the price however.

cool and fascinating multiple collection cd from various mixed sources of HD material. some superb new tracks included such as Break My Heart and Supergirl. Wake Up is also on this album. buy the boxed collectors edition if you can get it.

Supreme hard to find tracks unavailable elsewhere highlight this track collection cd. Supergirl! Wake Up! Break My Heart! As far as I know this is the only cd you can find these on. An HD collectors treasure and a must for any fan of great music!!

Break My Heart is one of this albums finer excellent draws. Fascinating and wide selection of assorted stuff from The Duff. Muffy

This is probably the only place you can get the 4 tracks from HD which include the Dead Executives tracks. Supergirl is also one of these tracks. Its a great album to have just for that. The dance mixes are something HD has had done several times in the past now to their tracks. There are also the remix tracks on the album. Hilarys vocals on the 4 tracks are superb and death-defyingly flighty as always. Ty, Kayle and Jason provide the 4 tracks the resounding guitar symphony they give to the music.

Break My Heart....... emminence in music.

Original track material consists of the Wake Up, Break My Heart, Beat of my Heart and Supergirl tracks. I would give this cd a 10 at least for these tracks, more when you take the rest of the cd into consideration. They're dynamite with acoustic tracks. Hil and Sibucao are a whallop to the senses.

interesting concoction. strange brew. the new stuff is brilliant HD stuff. really good new tracks that sold this album for me. other stuff makes for a strange brew of assorted tracks.

actually id like to hear them do some more acoustic guitar recording session material from the studio or live. ty, jason, kaylie with hil and loren could put together some fine acoustic pieces. the 4 tracks here are the real draws but its got several different tracks from several different source you might want to take a listen.

a concoction but a satisfying one, 4 new tracks, some acoustic remixes, some dance remixes, some tracks previously heard only on movie soundtracks. hd plays their epical cover of "our lips are sealed" from the gogos on which hil sings duet with her glorious sister haylie. makes for a 10 cd in all.

These go to 17! Now they go to 18! LOL ;)

hd is supreme rock music showband. i love hilary! i have heard! she is supergirl! :D

ecclectic but a great source cd. get the boxed collectors version if you do. look for it if you have to. its the collectors mix.

I think Beat of my Heart is a great track.

Wakeup and break my heart sound in ways like jellyfish meet lovin spoonful. Really nice rise tracks.

HD + 4 hot tracks worth singles - 10

Strange brew from the Duff crew, but some hot new stuff from The Duff, too. Top grades for all the new recordings. And they KILL the GoGos with their own version of Lips. The GoGos never did it quite like The Duff does.

This screwball album has some of 2005s best poprock single track releases amid its mishmash compilation. Worth a definite checkout to the curious and, of course, the Hilary Duff fan.

HOT STUFF!

Young American poprock supergroup Hilary Duff is literally on the musical warpath with this mix album of some past tracks from their past cd epics fused rather effectively with 4 very bright new tracks, some New Order-style dance remixes and some esoteric movie soundtrack cover offerings. Strangely, this all works well for them in this final cd mix. It's worth checking out.

Although the bandmembers do other things, Hilary Duff is their primary band so I don't know about calling them a full-fledged supergroup in that meaning. They are, however, by any definition, A SUPER GROUP! THE SUPER GROUP! SHE'S SUPERGIRL AND WE HAVE HEARD!

I give this cd a ten. Not a greatest hits album really, but a compilation track disk. Most Wanted by any means. Hilary has enough obscure, noted and erratic material out there to do at least 5 more of these. Don't dismiss a Most Wanted 2 someday.

smooth clean mix of hot stuff from the duff. supergirl and bmh are great. its all resoundingly pompous in its own hd definition of things. :) sounds great to cover them in small hall reverb and acoustics but playing for a big hall verb sound. excellent guitar accentuations with the new tracks. really nice.

The 4 new tracks and all the others are charged with Hilary Duff lighting bolts. It's a constant flow of Hilary Duff electricity. A Hilary Duff electrical storm. Watch your fingers.
