What an incredible band! I first saw them at a Sarah Mclachlan concert as well. A little bit of U2 in them (the music, not the lyrics).

I absolutely love this band; it's too bad they are such an unknown in the music world of poseurs. When is their new album coming out??? It's been nearly four years!!!

This album is one of my favorites. I saw the group in Boulder, CO. and they were great! Talked to the guys a bit after the show and it was refreshing how down to earth they are. Crossing the River on the Batman Forever sdtrk. is a great song also. When are they going to release something new?

I agree a little of U2 in them. I also love U2. I discoved the album in a little used music store and and have be Devlins fan ever since. It certainly is a shame that no one around here (Texas) knows about them

I remeber the first time I heard the Devlins, I was coming home from an incredible night at Red Rocks. A friend I meet at the show and I were driving and she put in the album. I fell in love with the music instantly. Beautiful, moving, powerful. I went and bought the album the next day. I can't wait till the new album comes out.. I hear it wil l be in early 97. They are a great band.

To say that the Devlins are an underrated band, would be obvious. To say that the Devlins are an AMAZING group, would be the truth. Practically unheard of, they managed to seep into my music collection, and never become a "trade-in". I've wondered where and when they would resurface....with patience. It seems as though patience has paid off, and I will be seeing them once again on February 27th. I'm very glad to be able to enjoy the beautiful songs and melodies that these two brothers create...not unlike the brilliant Finn Brothers....In fact, the first time I saw the Devlins, was opening up for Sheryl Crow at the Whiskey in L.A., and Colin Devlin had a Crowded House t-shirt on....I knew they had good taste in music! Looking forward to new Devlins material soon!

Not a bad band (and I hail from their part of the world - Ireland). They''re not yet brilliant, but they certainly have a lot of potential. The second album, Waiting, is a definite improvement on ''Drift''. I''ll wait for the third album before giving my final verdict. They''re young and have a lot of potential. Damian
I saw this band open for Sarah McLachlan and I fell inlove with Colin Devlin`s voice. The sound is simple andsoulful... more down to earth than Counting Crows.
