Comments for Dokken, Tooth And Nail

E-MAIL: INDY BABY@aol.com
I love ANYTHING from Dokken!!!They can do no wrong. This one like all their others, is kick ass.
Dokken appears to have been gaining some momentum when the album was releasedin 1984. Tracks such as Tooth and Nail, and Just Got Lucky featured quickfingered playing by guitarist George Lynch, who would later on form his ownsolo group. Those tracks, along with Into the Fire, and the obligatory metal-ballad, Alone Again had some success with radio play. Due to the band`s oddhabit of having a half-good, half bad album, they seemed to have diminished anddied off, probably with the aid of a backlash against "glam-metal" acts, and thearrival of grunge and thrash metal acts.
