Comments for Dolby, Thomas, Golden Age Of Wireless, The

E-MAIL: Richard.Peat@Wakefield-Tec.co.uk
Wrong. The original UK version (which I have) had the track Wreck of the Fairchild which linked into the long version of Airwaves which linked in to the synth version of Radio Silence. Blinded & One of our Submarines was added to the new version. This is easily the best album by Thomas, and definitely the least quirky. I have collected Dolby since the Europa release and have all his UK releases including a few early obscure items. I do have some questions. Does anybody own the 12" Jungle Line/Urban Tribal released by Dolby under the title of ''Low Noise'' or The Bruce Wooley lp English Garden which Dolby plays keyboards on. Also I have been informed that Dolby wrote three tracks for the film ''Fever Pitch''; Puppet Theatre (which was released on a 12") and early versions of May the Cube be with you and Key to Your Ferrari, but I cannot track down any record that the soundtrack was ever released. Same goes for the theme tune to ''Bronx Zoo''. Any answers to above address. Thanks.
Dolby`s initial UK release. Europa apparently had a moment`ssuccess on European charts. This album was repackaged forthe US release of the same name..however the song order waschanged and Leipzig and Urges were removed from the USrelease, while Blinded me With Science was added.
