This is Duran Duran getting into the groove that would catapult them into world wide recognition. Again, we all know the 'hits' but 'Lonely in Your Nightmare' and 'Last Chance on the Stairway' are fantastic.

This is an extraordinary album. The songs are fantastic! Each is a gem of perfection, and yet they really are such simple songs. I have yet to come across another album (other than Duran Duran's first one) that rivals it.

Perfect.Lovely.Brilliant.Beautiful.Masterpiece.Superb.A true work of Art.Genius. Then we go to song #2..... The whole album is PERFECT! The often imitated Euro-disco-funk-Roxy Music-like brilliant sound that was Duran Duran is most completely represented on this magnificent disc. A true essential part of any 80's collection. And it still sounds fresh today!

"The Chauffeur" is probably my favourite song of all time by any artist.

I'm speechless. This Album is Da bomb. This is probably the second best album ever(see Seven and The Ragged Tiger).
This is the 80's. No flaws, no problems. A flawless interpretation of the 80's. Leav it at that.
