Great album! The highlight is the famous solo in Diminuendo and Crescendo in Blue by Paul Gonsalves. In the liner notes of the CDit tells us that he closed his eyes when he started playing and didn`t even realize how long he was playing. A few minutes into the solo a lady in the crowdgot on a table and started dancing and the entire crowd went nuts and the rest is history.
