The CD seems to be one from Sony`s "Special Products" area.It seems to be a compilation of some of Europe`s harder tracks.For some reason the first version of "Open Your Heart" is on it.This could also be a CD of the songs Sony liked more. Thereare no liner notes or credits, so it looks as if the band hadnothing to do with the production of this one. All songs arethe originals. Nothing from the debut album appears on this.For a compilation CD there are a few tracks that are a surpriseto me, even though I like every EUROPE song. Those wouldbe "Talk To Me," "Treated Bad Again," and "Dance The Night Away"I purchased this from a store that deals with imports as well asdomestic releases. I have seen this listed in some internet-music stores as an American release and should be in stores,but I have yet to see it there. It also has no new or unreleasedtracks on it as you can tell by the track listing. All in allit is a good compilation of Europe songs. It`s shocking tosee one that does not consist "The Final Countdown," and "Carrie"
