Comments for Ferguson, Maynard, High Voltage

These are the wrong songs listed for this album. The songs listed here are those featured on "The Essence of Maynard Ferguson", not "High Voltage". I don't recall offhand all of the songs included on "High Voltage", but I know one is called "Sunday Morning".

Even though those songs listed are wrong, this is a good album of fusion for MF. Denis Diblasio plays a large role in this album, and his talent really shows through. MF really has a lot of oomph in this album... Matt Keller

Greg is correct with the tracks on the High Voltage album. Check out the Music minus version of it. It's a challenge! As far as the album, it is done very well. Some more good Superbone stuff too. Although this is one of the last current recordings with MF playing Superbone again. Anyone think MF will jump back with the Superbone every again? Kelly Goerbig

Who knows if it is still possible to buy "High Voltage", "High Voltage 2"?? I have searched for those two cd's for many time but i never found any! Can you help me?

I believe both high voltage recordings are out of print and no longer available. I enjoyed the first "HV" but the second one was awful. I saw that tour when MF first got them together. Diblasio was awesome!!

I am looking for a complete listing of every CD out there with Maynard Ferguson on it. If you know some i would greatly appreciate it if you sent the album name. If you know where you can purchase it, that would be great to include too. thanks MF fans!
