Comments for Ferguson, Maynard, Maynard Ferguson - Boy With Lots of Brass

E-MAIL: greg.evans@24stex.com
I've seen 2 different versions of this record. One has a picture of Maynard on the cover with a trombone under one arm and a trumpet under another. And the one I have has a pattern of 30 cartoon trumpets done in different colors. My record also includes the tune "I Hadn't Anyone Till You" - not listed above.

The "Boy With Lots Of Brass" album is my all-time favorite Maynard Ferguson release. I especially like Eileen Kral on vocals. I have lamented the fact that this album has not yet been released on CD from the original Mercury label. Is there any chance that this might still occur?

This is an excellent album! My copy has a different catalog number. It is Mercury MG 20556. It has the different colored trumpets on it.
