This is album is the reason why i began playing the trumpet!! and still am....

This album is got to be the greatest high chops album I have ever heard. Every song on it screams. Maynard was deffenitly at his best on this album.

I think the album has more funky groove and cool jazz rock and new commits. His new jazz style is more like a hip hop rock.

In '88, I was a freshman in High School and was introduced to this album and especially the song "Country Road". I still consider this to be my favorite album and song. In his solo when he shakes and screams, after 15 years, I still get chills up and down my spine.

"Side 1" is one of the best album sides.........ever. Now, where's the CD?!??!?!??! ;-)

MF Horn 1 is coming to CD, hopefully this album is next! Hey Jude is a masterpiece.
