Comments for Ferguson, Maynard, Maynard Ferguson & Big Bop Nouveau one more trip to birdland

This album is AWESOME! It's Maynard at his best. What's that brat Wynton got that MF doesn't?! Everything about the album cooks! ESPECIALLY the lead trumpet playing of Scott Englebright!!

This is a great album! This is probably his most talented band yet.The ensemble playing is great and "Scooter", the lead trumpet player just nails a double "A" in Cajun Cookin. Maynard still has those incredible chops.(What a Double "C" on the end of the third song). I give it an A+ !!

This has to be one of the best Maynard Ferguson albums ever, it truely shows that Maynard still has it and can still belt out those high notes one of the fewest albums i heard him due were he actually had controll over his lip trills in the upper register and not lose it at the top like he use to in his old albums to prove he still has it check out song number one at the end of the album breath taking isn't it. just shows that Maynard is still the best trumpet play of the 90's which we can all agree.

I am looking for a complete listing of every CD out there with Maynard Ferguson on it. If you know some i would greatly appreciate it if you sent the album name. If you know where you can purchase it, that would be great to include too. thanks MF fans!
