Comments for Ferguson, Maynard, Kenton Live in 1951 at the Hollywood Palladium

the recording quality is not the greatest, but Maynard makes up for that in most of the tracks. a lot of Kentons standards are pushed to the limits. most of the songs have a Maynard highlight in them. over all very exciting.

These songs were selected from the CBS nightly broadcasts of the Kenton band during a 6 week tenure and the Hollywood Palladium.
