This is a bootleg made from the old In Concert TV show in 1973. Side one is America and side two is the Eagles. Only the America songs are listed here. By The Ocean is actually the song Green Monkey. They performed it on In Concert before it was released so the bootlegger tried to come up with a title from the lyrics. Obviously, he didn't get it right.

A live "bootleg" album made from America`s appearance on the CBS TV show "In Concert." America was featured on side one and the Eagles on side two. Only the America tracks are listed here. It contained one song, "By The Ocean," not found on any other America release.
