Comments for Goo Goo Dolls, Goo Goo DollsE-MAIL: catalj@pipeline.com I agree. I'm glad it wasn't the first CD from them I bought.E-MAIL: AGNEND86@SNYBUFAA.CS.SNYBUF.EDU A very fun, albeit messy debut album. Has some of their darkest material. Worth checking out.E-MAIL: mcauburn@iinc.com An awesome album but be warned: you will probably have to listen to it 20 times before liking it.E-MAIL: dzuide66@ursa.calvin.edu E-MAIL: dzuide66@ursa.calvin.edu I loved the album the first time I listened to it. It's definitely nothing like their more recent albums; it has a more "thrash-metal" sound to it and there are no slow "ballad" style songs (comp. "Name"). Good stuff!E-MAIL: eatshit@butt.hole.com Goo Goo Dolls Suck!!!!! Goo Goo Dolls Suck!!!!! Goo Goo Dolls Suck!!!!!E-MAIL: xzxzxzx0zxzxz0zxzxzx0fg= you suck ha ha ha ha !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.E-MAIL: goodoll3@aol.com Yes this is the worst goo goo dolls album........but keep in mind that they had barely started when they made this. So in that essence I don't think they did all that shabby......but this is definitely the last one I would buy. If you don't listen to Jed before this..........you tend to doubt it is even the same band. I didn't think the "Don't Fear the Reaper" cover was that bad. It's definitely better than Green Day's cover of "My Generation" on "kerplunk."E-MAIL: needaswell@aol.com The goo goo''s are the shit. They just have humble beginnings. This was the first album I bought of them and I still like it. Far and away the Goos` worst album, this debut *does* haveits` moments (the first 4 tracks, "Slaughterhouse","Different Light"), but most of it is mediocre joke-punk.Worth hearing for die-hard fans, though. (Also, it has twoof the worst covers - Cream and B.O.C. - in history.)ggd_shack@yahoo.com An album worthy of any true fan's collection. It's raw and unadulterated punk rock spirit. The Goo Goo Dolls rocked then and they have always rocked since.Comments supplied by users do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Roadkill Consulting, Inc. |
