I consider this to be the best album ever released.After fighting personal ghosts, Peter Hammill finally managesto overcome (hence, "Over") marital crisis. His insight aboutloss, betrayal, self pitty, but most of all hope for a betterfuture, are nothing short of remarkable. Perfect!
