Comments for Hart, Grant, Intolerance

Hart's first post Husker Du project was surprisingly folksy, and remains underrated to this day. Although the playing (everything on the album was played by Hart himself) is somewhat clumsy, this is an excellent set of songs, ranging from the Husker leftover "Now That You Know Me" to the spare, compelling "The Main" (a song about heroin addiction that manages not to be cliched or melodramatic). About the only stiff here is a truly irritating instrumental ("Roller Rink"). Reccomended to fans of Hart's later-period Husker songs.

Overall, suprisingly great album. I bought this album for curiosity''s sake and I really enjoy it. Recomended songs are: "The Main" and "2541" which seems to be about Husker Du''s breakup.
