One of the weaker Hawkwind albums, res cued to some degree by the excellent first track,'The War I Surviived', complete with Kurt Vonnegut references, (which at least makes a change from Moorcock)

Probably the most space-weird Hawkwind album. Not for the uninitiated! One of the better ones!

I think is some of Hawkwind's finest work, space-rock at it's best. But Space Bandits still takes the cake.

Everyone else seems to like this. But not me. Frankly, of HW''s official releases this is easily the poorest.I seem to recall reading interviews with various band members shortly after it''s release, and recall getting the impression it was a rush job. It sounds like it to me. I would have to say if asked, that it was one to avoid.
My Favorite Hawkwind album. It is quite strange, and I don`toft recommend it to people just starting out on Hawkwind. If you like weird, space-rock, get this album!
