named after a book by Michael Moorcock which, until now at least has not been published. The book was to continue the adventures of our intrepid hero's (aka Hawkwind) started in the 'Time of the Hawklords' twenty years earlier.... Michael Moorcock also provides some of the voices on this album, and appeared at some gigs on the following tour. Graham Stone

Whoever re-packaged this album for its CD release has messed up the track running order, and the continuity suffers a great deal for it, in my humble opinion.

Sounds like a Dave Brock solo album, with drum machines,synth bass, synths, lots of trippy sound effects. Daveuses the pseudonym Dr. Technical. Not bad, but I suredon`t listen to it much.
