This has to be about the heaviest LP ever. Not for the faint hearted! A swirling mass of bass, drums, guitar, sax, and synths, merge to hit you like a brick wall. Classics abound, but notable for inclusion of Born To Go, and Orgone Accumulator. This is not really progressive rock, but it is space rock, at it's most extreme. Pull up a beer, play it loud, and watch the neighbours move!!

This was the first Hawkwind album I bought that didn''t feature Huw Lloyd Langton, so its sound was quite unexpected. It grew on me, though. The double remastered CD has up to "Brainstorm" on Disc One, and additional versions of "Born to Go" and "Masters of the Universe" on Disc 2.
Can`t believe this one wasn`t listed....this is the CLASSIClive album, that put the band on the charts in the states.Taken largely from DOREMI FASOL LATIDO, it is most definatelyone of the greatest live albums recorded.
