Comments for Heart, Dreamboat Annie

This album, featuring the brillant "Magic Man" and "Crazy On You" is perhaps Heart's finest. Few albums by any band, could equal this debut. Recorded in Vancouver, Canada in 1976, Dreamboat Annie continues to be a favourite of music fans everywhere.

This is the greatest album in Rock-n-Roll history and definitely the greatest debut album ever. Why?? The Wilson sisters were playing rock-n-roll like nobody else was back in '76 and they blazed a trail for women to follow in Rock music. One must hear Nancy Wilson's acoustic guitar, Ann Wilson's flute and volcanic vocals and Roger Fisher's kick-*** guitar, all working in harmony. If you don't got it, get it. If you got it, enjoy!

I'm primarily a Classical Music fan, but was blown away by this album. There's not a bad song on it, although "Magic Man" has `70s sound' written all over it. The originality of the lyrics and musical ideas, and the power of the vocals make this compelling.

The first, and one of the best..These women sure can ROCK!
