Comments for INXS, Welcome To Wherever You Are

I have to disagree. I find this album to be their most innovative effort to date, and it is therefore no surprise that many INXS fans consider this album their favorite. From such classic songs as "Not Enough Time" and "Heaven Sent" to "Taste It" and "Wishing Well," there is something for everyone here. Well worth purchasing.

I agree with the above comment. On Welcome To Wherever You Are, INXS brings out different kind of funk that's more engaging than their other hit albums. Nothing the band has ever done matches the smooth bass undercurrent that flows through "Not Enough Time" and much of the rest of the album. Too bad the public did not pay attention to this record; you can probably find it in a cutout bin somewhere. Overall, Welcome To Wherever You Are is a worthy buy for any INXS enthusiast, and it's not a bad first pick for the curious.

This album is probably my all time favourite INXS album. It is definitely their most creative, and shows the songwriters in peak form. It's sad that the public was apathetic towards this album at the time because it really is good, and everyone I know that has heard this album says the same thing.

I think Welcome To Wherever You Are is good in its own right and is there most adventurous to date. I like the use of sequed tracks. My favourite song on this album is " All Around " . Its very Australian.
I`m not a huge INXS fan. nonetheless, this album sucks bigtime.
