Comments for Jones, Rickie Lee, Girl At Her Volcano

This EP, available only in Japanese import on CD, is a collection of excellent covers. Two songs, Lush Life and My Funny Valentine, are live recordings. Rickie Lee`s unique style adds emotion and grace to these songs of the past. The cryptic title is slightly clarified by the small dedication "Here is `Valentine` to my father, memories hurling these songs under her volcano."
