Comments for Journey, InfinityE-MAIL: bawst2@pitt.edu This is a great debut album. Well-produced, classic singles, excellent song sequence from start to finish. My favorite song on it (highly underrated by most) is Winds of March. Schon and Rolie provide excellent jams in the middle, it's worth hearing. If you're making a Journey mix tape, put Winds of March before Stone in Love. You'll be glad you did.E-MAIL: Kasark@aol.com It seems that for a lot of bands their debut album is their best. I'm not saying this is their best but I really can't think of one better, Escape maybe. Hey guys, play Opened the Door during your next romantic encounter. She'll love it;-).E-MAIL: croftwell@juno.com This is one of the best rock albums EVER made - but it is the only Journey album I like. For the record, this is their FOURTH album, not their debut. The first three were jazz-rock vehicles, prior to Steve Perry. It has it all: great lyrics, solid guitar work, and Perry''s vocals are absolutely awesome, and since this is before he became famous for his voice, there is no ''vocal grandstanding''. Everyone who likes rock should have a copy of this one.fake@aol.com This Is Da Shit! 1978 Kids!Comments supplied by users do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Roadkill Consulting, Inc. |
