Comments for Judas Priest, Turbo

Un album calibré pour le marché américain qui à l'époque de sa sortie a fortement déplu aux fans européens. Rob avait même abandonné ses blonds cheveux courts, ses cuirs cloutés pour un look plus "glam". Le Priest corrigera le tir plus tard avec Ram it down et surtout l'extraordinaire Painkiller. Quelques beaux morceaux malgré tout qui prennent une autre dimension dans le Priest...Live ! de 1988.

At first, I didn''t appreciate the Priest''s "experiment with guitar synthesizers." It was just too different a sound-- to high tech. But over the years, I''ve come to like this album pretty well. "Locked In" and "Out in the Cold" are the best ones, I believe.
