Definitely one of the 10 best albums of the 70''s!

Leftoverture, Kansas` 4th album, is probably the epitome ofthe musical style that dominated their first four albums.This is a very complex album, both musically and lyrically,and Carry On Wayward Son thrust Kansas into the popularspotlight. It`s futile to try to categorize this album, butlet it be noted that Leftoverture is an album that noserious music collector should be without. Magnum Opus is a collection of musical passages thatreportedly just never quite fit in with other songs, andso they ended up in a sort of medley at the end of thealbum. Thus the album title, Leftoverture.

songwriting on this album was second to none! These guys knew what they wanted to express and went for it with great arrangements combining strings, guitars and hard driving solos and Steve Walshs soaring vocals!!!!For every classic rock fan this is a must own album!!!!!!!
