Comments for Kinks, the, One For The Road

Im trying to get a hold of this album, but the record stores tell me its out of print and Arista says they no longer list that artist. Can you help me find it?

This is what did it for me. The first time I discovered the Kinks. I've been hooked ever since. I still listen to it all the time. Daves solo in Celluloid Heroes still gives me chills after 16 years.

This is great live Kinks (except for Lola) But nothing came close to being there with them in the 70's and 80's

A great album. However, the CD version does not include 20th Century Man. Celluloid Heroes and You Really Got Me are Great

I thought I should mention that the CD as released in 1989 by Arista failed to include 20th Century Man. Does anybody know if there is a CD out there that includes this song?

1993 BMG release of 'One For The Road" CD contains 20th century man!

Not the best Kinks Live Album - ShowBiz is better - awesome version of Till the end of the day - also I'm disapointed that 20th century man was not included on cd - The KINKS kick but with that cut! A fan since l965

The most awful album The Kinks ever made.

Great Live-Album. Celluloid Heroes, Superman!, Stop Your Sobbing, Prince Of The Punks (Where can I get the studio-version. Help me please!). It's sad that the sound-quality isn't standard as was that time. Especially the drum's sound is very dry and I miss some smashing overheads. Is it possible to make a remix? I have both CD-versions with and without 20th Century Man!

One For The Road was also released as a concert video. But can anyone tell me how to get it these days? I never bought it when it was around in the stores. And I deeply regret it today...

Live Album... version of lola isnt all that great... but an overall great album
