Whilst not wishing to be pedantic, In my Time of Dying is longer than Kashmir, as is Achilles Last Stand from Presence

Kasmir is one of the most fresh songs in the last period of Led Zeppelin. The whole record for me is like a well done self-portrait. Sometimes wild and some times just perfect.

Kashmir is one of the best songs I've ever heard

Zeps' masterpiece in my mind. In The Light, The Rover, Ten Years Gone, Custard Pie, and Sick Again REALLY stand out. Its depressing that In The Light's never been performed live. Kashmir's lyrics can't be matched by many. Boogie With stu, and Down By the Seaside are the only sour songs from a double album. Trampled Underfoot, Nightflight, and The Wanton Song are all magnificent. A must have for classic rock fans. True Zeppelin. Their best work, and much of it is TOTALLY underated.

This just happens to be the best rock-album of the 70's

One of Zeppelin's crowning acheivments, the others being any of their other albums. Kashmir is near unmatched for originality of lyrics and sound.

This album is most definitely their masterpiece. Kashmir is a very good. However, other songs on this album shouldn't be overlooked. The rover and Night Flight are two of my favorite songs of all time

Physical Graffiti is perhaps Led Zeppelin's most dynamic album. From playful rockers like "Custard Pie" and "Boogie With Stu", to classic powerhouses like "Kashmir" and "Ten Years Gone", this album has it all. Blues, electric/acoustic rock, folk, eastern, loud, soft, serious, silly. Every aspect of Zeppelin's music is explored with driving vocals, inspired guitars, grooving bass and unbelievable drums. Listening to this album from beginning to end takes the listener on an exhaustive journey through his own emotions. From mind-numbing euphoria to nearly despondent introspection and every point in-between. "In My Time Of Dying" alone is an 11 minute epic of quiet power and frenzied lucidity, one of Led Zeppelin's finest and yet least recognized offerings. Individually, these songs are some of the best ever, together, they are a crowning achievement by the greatest rock 'n roll band ever.

This album has it all. My favorite, "Kashmir" along with an incredible array of slow and fast songs. Jimmy Page proves he is second-to-none(other than Hendrix). The second disc has some hidden greats, the "Ten Years Gone", "The Wanton Song", and "Night Flight". Possibly the best rock album of all time.

The best song on here is Ten Years After.

Maybe their best album if only for "Kashmir." But there are other great songs, especially "Down by the Seaside"--one of their most beautiful and moving songs--"The Rover," "In the Light" and "Houses of the Holy."

summer of 1979 found me stranded on a dried creek bed during a canoe trip in Candas''s northland.Deciding to camp where we where I lit a fire to keep the bugs away.We passed a bottle around and listened to physical graffiti. It was the first time I had ever raelly listened to it.It simply blew me away. The textures and moods of the music combined with an intensity that was different from their previous works left me with an impression that no other artist or zepplin album could ever match.
A Two CD set. `Kashmir` is Led Zepplin`s longest song ever at 9:41.
What about The Rover? The Rover brings Physical Graffitti together!
