Comments for Led Zeppelin, The Song Remains the Same

The nergey of this concert is just amazing. When I watched the movie I was in other worlds than this that I hate.

An excellent almbum, It can completely mesmerise you, especially if you watch the video, and play the music really loud.

Led Zeppelin are musical Gods. You can't come close to this with any album or video. I give it a 10!

A good album, but not a great one. Several of the marathon songs lose their appeal on CD alone (eg, Dazed and Confused, Moby Dick). Do yourself a favour and buy the video to get that genuine live zep feel.

Zzzzzzzzzzzz....26 minutes of "Dazed And Confused" isn't *that* thrilling. I agree with the preceding comment that some (most?) of the tracks just wander around for far too long.

To say that the song Dazed and Confused lingers on is to say that you really don't know what led zeppelin is really all about. this live album is the real thing. It is the only album that lets as hear teh band as it really was. If you think that Led Zep were all about writing catchy tunes then you are on the wrong boat. They were about powerful music.

This album can drag. But I strongly recommend buying the video, it is awesome. Not only is the music incredible, but the band throws in some fantasy sequences and extra clips that keep it going. Jimmy Page tears down Madison Square Garden!
