The follow up to 1992`s GENERATION TERRORISTS saw a more restrained Manic Street Preachers.Better production created a completely different sound, although some of the tracks sound a little over produced, and too polished.Stand out tracks include the singles FROM DESPAIR TO WHERE,LA TRISTESSE DURERA (Scream To Sigh),ROSES IN THE HOSPITAL and LIFE BECOMING A LANDSLIDE.And this from a band who were going to split up after theirfirst album.....
