Some really good remixes here. A good place to start for someone interested in The Art Of Noise

Get the original C.D. version for some rare mixes of Peter Gun & Paranomia Tim Laver

this album does not display the AON's true talent.

There are two "Best of..." discs, a pink and a blue one. The pink disc is newer and contains cuts from "Below the Waste." I agree, some of the best were excluded in place of some lucrative but forgettable tracks.

Note that the stock number shown above as "83736-2" is incorrect. The real stock number is 837-367-2. One of the best albums The Art of Noise ever released. Although the original version (issued in 1988 as 837-367-2 by China Records and printed in USA by Polydor, also more commonly known as the "Blue Version") is out of print, it can still be found at used CD shops on occasion. I have seen copies of this album, albeit used, being sold at a couple used CD vendors on the web for approximately $11 - a worthwhile buy. Much better than the 1992 revision issue (WOLCD 1027 on China Records in London, and another printing in 1995-96 by Off Beat Records in the USA), also known as the "Pink version." Tracks 2-4 on the Pink Version have been replaced, and the other tracks (1, 6-10) have been heavily abbreviated to shorter, calmer mixes of the originals.

I''ll give $20 for a blue cover best of CD. No scratches.
