What everyone's first 'Q album should be

Not a comment about this album except to say I agree it's their best (with Workshop and Scraps getting honorable mention). I am a huge fan of the Q and have followed them as best I can since early 1969. As most NRBQ fans know, it's not easy to learn where & when they're playing. I am a subscriber to the New Rhythm & Blues News, but it's released sporadically and I haven't received an issue in months. Anybody who has news about the Q or who wants to share info about them, send me a note! One last comment: This is a band which always had the potential to score big, real big. It's sad that they haven't because they're fabulous.

A few moments looking confusedly out at the TNN TV audience, and then, WHAM! Into "Get Rhythm," with Big Al mauling his tele and just Shredding the J. Cash classic. No stops, no pauses, no hesitation -- they just KILLED that song. Once it was ove
Their best album, and obviously the perfect introductionto NRBQ. Not recorded at Yankee Stadium!
