Comments for Offspring, The, Smash

Most songs sound much the same. Songs like 'Bad Habit' and 'Self Esteem' steal the show. On the whole, a very good album!

This is a good album that kinda reminds me of Agent Orange, and old surf/skate band. The songs are short and simple, but they are all cool.

An album that shocked me into punkrock, it showed me that Nirvana isn't the only cool band in the world !

this album has cool tracks that don't let you down. from start to finish i truly liked it.

One of the best albums -94. The punkrock wave is coming on strong. Check out "ignition" by Offspring. It's also a great album.

Bad Habit, SElf-Esteem, Come out and play are all great songs. Not bad for a Phd. canidate

This album rock's! ! I can't wait till I see em' at Roseland in N.Y. My fave's include "Self Esteem" and "Gotta Get Away."

I really liked this Album but the first one was much better. I have been into Punk for a long time and the new one seems to grasp the full effect of punk but for the hard core punks the first one takes the cake. The problem with the new one is that the songs are to repetative, and over played.

I'll some it up in my own word... NIR-WANNA-BE! I admit they're good but why did they have to SWIPE the riff from SMELLS LIKE TEEN SPIRIT on the SELF-ESTEEN track?!

I CAN REALY RELATE TO "SELFESTEEM" - SOUNDS LIKE THE AVERAGE WEEKEND AT MY HOUSE! THESE GUYS SHOULD GET OVER HERE FAST AND GIVE US SOMETHING GOOD TO LISTEN TO.

In general this CD was cool. I really liked "Come Out and Play," from the radio (that's why I got it). It was a little short tho... The last track is mostly empty space. I wonder if they were trying to make the CD seem longer that it really is.

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! DO NOT PAY MONEY FOR THIS ALBUM!!!! You WILL get incredibly sick of it in a matter of weeks!!

Thiz CD does *NOT* suck! The Offspring rulez! I like it and it's a few weeks ago I bought it. And if I don't like it for a while I'll play Green Day...

A totally awesome CD. Better than most. Worth every cent. Even better than Greenday's latest, IMHO. At least check it out once and see for yourself.

I am the lead singer from the Offspring, and I think Green day sucks shit! this album also sucks, but since I made it I have to like it a little bit. we suck!!! Go listen to something real instead of junior high badass punk wanna be surfers shit. We just broke up last week, and I am forming a new band of new age techno christian gospel called the 12 inch sausages. Buy it!

The Offspring are the greatist in the universe. I have both of there albums and they both rock. The Offspring should be given what ever they want just as long as they come out with new albums.

Hello all you Offspring junkies you've met your leader I listen to Offspring constantly and suffer from severe withdrawl when I don't get to hear it very often. Unlike some people I lesten to the lyrics, as a matter of fact that's why there on top in my book (although the head slamming, heart racing, semi-violent music didn't bother me either.). All in all I'd say Offspring rocks some major nukie and pleases the spank happy everywhere. -wes rose-

This is a tre cool album, self esteem and nitro are just such cool songs. This is the best punk album in the world probably even better than Green Day who also rule. THE OFFSPRING RULE OK.

don't you just hate those people that have nothing better to do then make an ass out of themselves. what can you do??? if everyone thinks that ignition and smash are hardcore pure everyone should check out their first album it was re-released so get it. its worth it!!!! you know what i really hate is when people (trendy people that is) say when they first hear an offspring song and they say it sucks but then a week later they got the album and they try to convince you that THEY were into it when the cd first came out. then when the offspring are all overplayed that person goes back and says that the offspring suck!!!1 i hate those people!!

The songs are the greatest. My favorites were Bad Habbit, Come Out And Play, What Happened To You, and Smash. All the others were awesome but those 4 stood out the most to me.
