Comments for Bachman-Turner Overdrive, Head ON

E-MAIL: Gbpb1985@aol.com
Continuing in the tradition of Not Fragile and Four Wheel Drive, Head On served to cement my belief that Bachman-Turner Overdrive was (and still is) one of the best rock bands ever to grace our ears. My favorite tracks are "It's Over," "Woncha Take Me For Awhile," and "Average Man."

This album really has some hidden gems. Just listen to Away from Home, great tune.

Average Man is classic Randy, an updated version of Rock is my life............ I agree that Away from Home is also very good. If only this album had been followed up with another classic, the BTO history could have been very different.
Origional Album Cover converts into poster of all four Band members

This CD is being re-released on November 10th, 2003! This is a great album the band's 5th and featured a more developed sound with longer solos and more texture than say Four Wheel Drive which was recorded in a rush under record companny pressure. The re-release includes a bonus track "Down to the Line" that was not originally on this album.
