It's the best Ozrics album.

This was the first OT album I've heard and it impressed me immensely in the first place. Later on, however, it seemed to me quite uneven. "White Rhino Tea" is OK, but I like the version from "Sliding Gliding Worlds" better. "Bizarre Bazaar", "Space..." are absolutely astonishing, "Throbbe" is good, the rest are so-so.

You know, I can''t see why people say this is the best Ozrics album as tracks from the import "Live Undersklunky" and "Sliding Gliding Worlds" eclipse it. However, since IRS was releasing Strangeitude and Jurassic Shift it was probably the first exposure people had domestically, so taking that into account it is indeed a very good album. The only problem the Ozrics tend to have is that they tend to re-make the same album from record to record, i.e. space fusion, then they''ll do a reggae, then they will do a middle-eastern sounding piece. They''ve started to progress more with their latest (the excellent import "Become the Other"), but I want to give them a good hard shove in the direction they''re already headed.
It`s an album. It has tunes. What more needs to be said?
