Comments for Ozric Tentacles, Jurassic Shift

Very good album from Ozrics. Probably, a bit better than Strangeitude, although different in overall approach. The greatest tracks are "Half Light..." and "Vita Voom"; the title track is too long and towards its end becomes boring.

One of my favorite Ozrics records: The first two tracks are worth the price of admission alone - each section is like a journey into a new world - no sooner does the group veer into a new one it is quickly left behind for another. Subwoofer owners: check out Pteranodon - it will test your system, no doubt! Great guitar and synth duels throughout. Highly recommended for first time Ozrics buyers.
