Comments for Pantera, Vulgar Display Of Power

This comment is not about Vulgar, but does anyone know where I can get a Pantera release called Powermetal. It was the album put out before Cowboys from hell and I've unsuccessfully searched for it for about a year now.

Heavy, experimental thrash/hardcore. Perhaps the best album I have ever heard. Pantera has defined their own movement. Many bands will be stepping all over each other to try to imitate this sound.

This is their worst album!! Walk is the only good track.

I can't believe that anyone would badmouth this record. "Vulgar" is probably the quintessential thrash album of the 90's. Name one other album that has as much power and ferocity as this one and I'd be the first one in line to get it.

A definite classic! Pantera scorches the listener with the monstrous riffing of Dimebag Darrell and the pulsing drums of Vinnie Paul. This one sets the standard for the metal underground scene in the 1990's.

I agree. It's my favorite one too. And I'll apologize for my language on the Trendkill review but I just don't like people who have nothin' better to do than piss on bands on a site that's for fans. Alright enough bullshit. Fuck that apology because I don't feel that way. Fuckin' anyway, Vulgar is THE best My band has been covering Fucking Hostile for awhile now.
