Apparently all these fans of theirs dont realize that Pantera, those supposed bad ass texans, put out 3 albums prior to Cowboys From Hell that were some of the cheesiest, prententious, hair band garbage ever to be released! Back then it was "Diamond"(as opposed to the newer,"cooler", "Dimebag) Darrell and Rex "Rocker". These guys obviously are anything but trendkillers. Since the album is more of the same boring overkill as the previous albums, I would assume its about time for them to cut their hair and go techno! They are simply a band that probably wouldn't be around if Darrell and Vinny's dad wasn't a bigtime country songwriter. To this day I dont think Phil Anselmo has written one decent lyric. But HEY! HE SURE DOES YELL ALOT ABOUT NOTHING!

Pantera kicks Metallica and their Load of shit album's ass. As for everyone bitching about the glam era hey, they were just starting out, I used to like that shit too back in the fuckin' 80's. I thought people vere a leetle more sensible. After my comments on Vulgar Display (what a foul title) I thought more of you vould realise how bad a guitarist Mr. Darrell is. On dis album, even vorse, is the awful voice of Mr. Anselmo. He says that he sings 'hard rock' but a nutmeg-grater comes more easily to mind when hearing him. My buddy Bjorn can sing better than him.

The only song worth hearing on that album is track six, the other shit is just a bunch of middle aged men in denail thinking they've still got it "with them", just cause you scream out a string or irrelavent tangent it don't make you "cool" so to speak. Have you ever listened to Queens of the Stone Age? Now they are the epitomy of Rock. If a definition is ever needed for good music, it would include their name. Pantera could be collectiveley used as a simile for a rusty chainswaw. It is also funny that all the people who seem to disapprove of Pantera seem to have some decent vocabluarial range, while the vise versa can only express their emotions (whether they be of anger, hate or love) with the word fuck, fucking, motherfucker and others related.
