Comments for Bad Brains, Quickness

How can I comment it if you don't play it over the network ? OK never the less, funny !

not the best effort from the rastacore gods, but it's heavy and hard and dr. know kicks on guitar. although it's a good album, the anti-gay message in "don't blow bubbles" is really hard to swallow.

This album ROCKS. It's hard and With The Quickness is undoubtedly my favourite song of any, ever. It doesn't really mean anything to me... or maybe not to anyone else either, but I love it all the same. The prophet's eye... THE PROPHET'S HIGH. I love this album. Sure, there has been better but I like it all the same. And you can't really blame the band for Don't Blow No Bubbles...It is the way we can stop the AIDS. Well, I should erase that. But I forgot. HR probably was the chief motivating factor anyway. This Band is the true meaning of hard core and anyone who wishes to disagree surely is suffering from some Bad Brains.

I agree not their best, but certainly it rocks a lot harder and smarter than anything else you're like to find here in Babylon. There's plenty of burners (With The Quickness, Soulcraft), plenty of Rasta edification (The Messengers, Sheba, No Conditions) and one truly great reggae bouncer (The Prophet's Eye). Well worth whatever you must pay for. If you want it, go out and get it!

The Brains drop another bomb. This album is fast and hard. Dr. Know goes all out on this record. The band as usual has a little bit of everything on this record. Pick this up. If you never got to see them live, you missed out.
