Comments for Pet Shop Boys, Very Relentless - twin CD setE-MAIL: en318588@student.uq.edu.au "One thing leads to another" has a very, very different feel than the rest of the album - it's got a great percussion track (kind of grungy), but the song is still unmistakeably PSB. In my (humble) opinion, RELENTLESS is worth this track alone.E-MAIL: tboy@indus.unm.edu I agree with the above about "One Thing Leads To Another." It's worth buying the album just for that, I think, not to mention how amusing it is to just sit there and play with the bubble-wrap-esque packaging. Some of the tracks are somewhat experimental, I think, like "The Man Who Has Everything," which doesn't quite make it as a song I can listen to. But "Forever in Love" is incredible, too.E-MAIL: MarkRamsay@AOL.COM This album is comparable to They Might Be Giants's album John Henry: a stylistic shift that retains all of the good for the artists and even adds some improvements. I also agree that One Thing Leads to Another is excellent. So is the third track.E-MAIL: acs5@aber.ac.uk A great bonus with Very. Some great tracks, but "One Thnig Leads to Another" is brilliant!! It's very hard to get hold of though. It took me ages to get a copy, and even then it was nearly £40!!!E-MAIL: debbv98703@aol.com This album is pure genius, I love it, neil tennant''s voice sounds like an angel and the music will eat your soul to heaven. Very is excellent. PSB have aquired a new sound, yet retain theirbeautiful style.Relentless is unusual, with limited vocals and some rather odd samples. Pretty danceable, though. A lot of remix potentials.Check out "One Thing Leads to Another."Comments supplied by users do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Roadkill Consulting, Inc. |
