Original cover featured girl with elongated tongue and claws. Cover was considered to be satanic and band changed cover to be only her eyes with black bars covering both the hair and long tongue. A photo of the cover is available in Metal Edge''s History of Poison issue. Original copies are very rare, but do exist. Only available through private sales.
