Comments for Reed, Lou, Magic and Loss

E-MAIL: tgraham@fox.nstn.ca
Much darker and, yes, depressing than any album I have previously listened to. Anyone who has lost a loved one can deeply appreciate waht Lou is trying to say (so eloquently I might add). Another great album for Lou Reed, but if you are not already a die hard fan, purchase NEW YORK first.

I couldnt wait till this "New" album came out. But when I heard it I was little dissapointed. at the time I didnt know what it was about. But know ive grown to appreciate it. Lou always said he made albums for adults......this one is as adult as it gets. "Whats Good?" Absulutly ROCKS!!......one of my all time favorite songs!
A great album! A bit depressing at times, though.
WHAT REALLY DEPRESSED ME IS NOT THIS ALBUM , WHAT MAKES ME SAD IS TAHT LOU REED NEVER RECALLED THE GLORIUS MOMENTS OF STEVE HUNTER DICK WAGNERS GUITARS. I'M SHURE THIS RECORD WOULD BE BETTER WITH THEM
