"If I Only Knew" was the second commercial single released by RRR. This single contains 7 mixes of the title cut and 2 mixes of "All Sewn Up". This single went on to spawn a video which achieved airplay on M-TV back in 1992. In addition, when RRR recroded this track in ''92, they had no idea that just two years later the legendary Tom Jones would approach the band and offer to record a cover version of it on his 1994 album on Interscope records, ''The Lead And How To Swing It''.
