This is the very first recorded ever officially released by Rise Robots Rise, as well as being the band''s first single. "Talk Is Cheap" was the song which gave Rise Robots Rise their big push back in 1991, prior to the release of their self-titled debut album. This single contains the LP versions of title track as well as "Flowers & Birds". In addition, it also contains two tracks which are re-workings of the two aforementioned. "Talk Is Cheap" was not only RRR''s first single, but first music video as well, which attained airplay on M-TV back in 1992.
