this is the one of the most great album of 80's..

as a music favorite and as a musician, i found myself enjoing listening over and over to this album. the main power of this album comes from the female tuch in the rock'n'pop bussines - especialy the bangles

this album is like me.... at one minutes, soft and fury. The next, hairy with BIG BALLS!

This is the Bangles` first full-length album, during theirchangeover from alternative to mainstream rock, but beforetheir full-fledged sellout. It`s simple, straight-aheadrock with a lot of vocals and basic musicianship. It hasa lot of intregrity. It`s not over-produced, and it isrefreshingly honest, short and direct. Unlike their lateralbums, most of this material was written by the band members, which might explain the enthusiam that is apparentin the performances. Certainly one of my favorite albums.
