Comments for Scorpions, Live Bites

This is the first time I've heard them live. I dont approve of them much live. Klaus' voice was dead in this album, however, Concerto in V was awesome and so was Is there Anybody there!

"White Dove" and "Hero's Don't Cry" are great songs. The sound is much cleaner than Tokyo Tapes.

This album is totally awesome! The guitar intros to Alien Nation and No Pain No Gain is some of the best stuff I've heard in a while. The live version of In Trance rocked. Edge of Time is my all-time favorite Scorps song.

On my copy of live bites There is a track called " Ave Maria No Morro " which is not listed on this database . Have I got a unique copy or is this a bonus track released on the European copies ????????

This album is simply Great with capital G. White dove is really awesome. Shame that I cant find lyrics for it. Ave Maria No Morro is on European releases only.

WHEN I ATTENDED THE CONCERT IN ARIZONA I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE REACTION OF THE CROWD WHEN THE OLDER SONGS WERE PLAYED! MOST PEOPLE DIDN'T KNOW THE WORDS, BUT ROCKED ANYWAY! THIS ALBUM IS A GREAT GIFT FOR THE LONG TIME SCORPIONS FAN!

this is a great album,i love the track "living for tommorow" it really sounds like the lyrics are really meant by the way he sings.its great how this recording starts from the 70s to the mid 90s only the scorpions have the guts to do that .unlike bonjovi who havent got the guts to play songs from their first two albums.psssst the scorpions are the first proper international act and are the best and will always be the best.this record also shows how great these old classics can sound to the new generation of fans like me being 22 years of age.

Right, baby don't cry keep on dancing tonight on the edge of A MAJOR LEAGUE AWESOME ALBUM!! This album is really kewl, the one downside was when I bought it back in December, they had an offer for Scorpion stuff and promos but it expired two years ago. :*( Great album , tho!

"IN TRANCE" - NEVER SOUNDED BETTER SOUNDS BETTER THAN THE STUDIO VERSION. HERMAN'S DRUMMING AT ITS BEST. PISSED OFF SINCE WORLD WIDE.... WAS RELEASED 10 YRS AGO, THEY SHOULD HAVE RELEASED LIVE BITES AS A 2CD SET, LIKE MAIDEN HAVE DONE SINCE LIVE AFTER....

This album rocks! The best song on it is "Heroes Don't Cry". The live versions of "Rhythm Of Love" and "When The Smoke Is Going Down" are A-1.

This version of In Trance simply kicks ass! White Dove is moving and the album in general is fantastic.

This live album cantains tracks mostly recorded on theFace The Heat tour. Some of these songs haven`t been playedlive in a long time. This album also contains a bonus;threepreviously unreleased studio recodings entitled "Edge OfTime", "Heroes Don`t Cry", and "White Dove". The proceedsof "White Dove" go the starving people in Rwanda.
