Their signature album. This album consists of cuts which never made the final product, demos, and failed projects. It''s ironic, then, that this would become their most touted effort. "Don''t This Way", simply described by front man, Mike Roe, as "the saddest sond I''ve ever heard". It may just also be the best thing the 77''s have ever done. Worth the price of the CD all on it''s own, it is a song which you NEVER tire of hearing.

the 77's are simply one of the greatest mostly unknown rock bands of the last 25 years. I wish more people could hear their great music. Sticks and stones is probably their most consistent recording and if you can find it - buy it.
