Ok I don''t have this album nor have looked at the linernotes but Substitute is by Pete Townshend, Steppin'' Stone is by Boyce & Hart. Or Mr.Rotten can''t write a song of his own with a title of his own. by the way I like these guys.

It´s the soundtrack from this film about the Sex Pistols. There is also Ten Pole Tudor, Ronald Biggs and Malcolm McLarenon this album
