Probably one of the best albums of the nineties. And don't forget their three singles, which contain songs that are even better than the songs on the album. Best live performance I've ever seen. In fact, best two live performances I've ever seen. The drummer is a genius.

Steve Albini has also been involved with the groups: Big Black (good stuff, fast and very loud) and Rapeman (didn't last long). I'd recommend Big Black's CD "Rich Man's Eight Track Tape." It combines two previous albums, "Atomizer" and "Racer X." Other albums are, "Songs About Fucking," (quite good) and "Hammerparty." (okay).

Sorry. I gave you false info in my last entry. "Rich Man's Eight Track Tape" combines the albums - "Atomizer" and "Headache." The "Hammerparty" CD has "Racer X" on it.

Shellac is the best live band that exists . . . and - yes - Todd Trainer is king of all drummers . . . at Action Park is the best soul record of all time.
Robt. Weston IV : massSteve Albini : velocityTodd Trainer : timeThis is their first full-length release. Much better than the debut from Neneh Cherry. I believe that this album has no overdubs whatsoever. Your ass will undoubtedly be kicked, and then some.
