Befor there was anything like limp bizkit, korn, or kid rock there was this. This is the best compilation of rock and rap that there is. Featuring rap acts such as Cyrpis Hill, De La Soul, Ice, and House of pain(w/ D.J. leathal now of Limp Bizkit) mixed with rock acts like Helmet, Slayer, Sonic Youth, and Pearl Jam. So if you like Kid Rock or Limp, i recomend you get to the roots of the rock rap thing and get this album.

A mix of heavy metal and rap that is hard to match.
