Comments for Stewart, Al, Between the Wars

This album is great! I really like the jazz harmonies thatare used in the accompaniment. These songs feel like theyhave a great deal to do with life between the wars. The references to history and famous people are astounding. This is intellectual music that can be enjoyed by anyone!

Al Stewart is one of the five best artists in acoustic rock and in all rock!! This may be the best acoustic album ever. The lyrics are beyond belief. I am a guitarist/bassist/songwriter heavily influenced by Al Stewart as well as Dylan, Beatles, America, etc. BUY IT! rob (Bob Mancini in the music section on My Space)
